how tugwar works

three coins, one line. everything else is just the line moving.
00 · THREE COINS

$tugwar is the house. the clans are the bet.

there are three coins, not one. $tugwar is neutral — it doesn't pick a side, it just sits on top and takes a cut of trading fees from both clan coins, win or lose. $pumpclan and $fomoclan are the actual war — buy one, that's you picking a side.

01 · THE LINE

it's a market cap comparison, not a vibe

the line's position is $pumpclan's market cap divided by the combined market cap of both clan coins. it's recalculated the moment either coin moves — there's no "default" middle, the 50/50 split you see on a fresh load is just what the market caps happened to be.

linePercent = pumpClanMcap / (pumpClanMcap + fomoClanMcap) × 100
02 · PICK A SIDE

buying the coin is the vote

buy $pumpclan or $fomoclan and that coin's market cap moves — which moves the line. there's no separate "join" step, the trade is the join. the clan with the smaller coin doesn't lose the line all at once — it erodes as market cap shifts, same way it was won.

03 · THE PULL

you can drag it. it doesn't stay.

grab the seam and pull — it'll move with your cursor and snap back the second you let go. that's intentional. the line only moves for real when the underlying weight moves. everything else is just you, pulling on a rope tied to a wall.

04 · 100%

what happens if one side wins

nobody knows yet. nobody's gotten a clan to 100% of the weight. the map doesn't have an ending state drawn in — that part gets built when it's close.

05 · THREE-COIN TOKENOMICS

the war chest — not a pie chart

no team allocation, no vesting cliff, no "50% LP / 30% marketing" promises. four rules, and they're the only rules:

1. every trade on $pumpclan or $fomoclan carries a fee. that fee lands in that coin's clan's war chest. $tugwar takes its own separate cut from both, regardless of who's winning — that's the whole reason to hold the neutral coin.

2. a clan's war chest doesn't unlock by default. it pays out only while that clan is holding the line above 60% — winning, not just existing.

3. when it pays out, it splits evenly across every holder of that clan's coin at that moment. same distribution the market cap itself uses — nobody's cut is bigger because they showed up first.

4. every 5 minutes, $tugwar spends its own fee balance to buy back and burn the coin of whichever clan is currently ahead. winning gets scarcer. this isn't a mercy rule for the losing side — it's the opposite, on purpose.

payout eligible = clan share of line > 60% · split = warChest / holdersOfClanCoin
every 5 min: $tugwar buys + burns coin of {pumpClanMcap > fomoClanMcap ? pumpClan : fomoClan}
